Refund Policy

At Gymat, we aim to make our subscription and purchasing process clear and transparent. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to your purchase, you may have a legal right to cancel or withdraw from a contract within a specified period.

Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies, you may cancel your contract with Gymat within 14 days of entering into the agreement without having to provide a reason. If your Gymat subscription or service is not available immediately and requires activation at a later date, the withdrawal period may begin when the service first becomes available to you, where required by applicable law.

The withdrawal period generally applies to new subscriptions or purchases. It does not automatically begin again when an existing subscription is renewed, extended, or automatically charged for a subsequent billing period.

Some Gymat products or services may be offered together as a package or bundle. Where the individual components are intended to form a single service, a withdrawal or cancellation request may need to apply to the package as a whole rather than to individual components. Any specific terms relating to bundled products will be presented during the purchase process.

Gymat may occasionally provide cancellation or withdrawal periods that are longer than the minimum period required by law. If an extended period applies to a particular product, subscription, or promotional offer, the applicable terms will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should notify Gymat before the applicable withdrawal period expires. You can do this by contacting our customer support team through the official contact details provided on the Gymat website or within the Gymat application.

Your request should contain enough information for us to identify your account and purchase, such as the email address associated with your Gymat account, the relevant order or transaction details, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the applicable purchase or subscription.

Where Gymat provides an online cancellation or withdrawal feature, you may also use that feature to submit your request. If your request is submitted electronically, Gymat may send you an email confirming that your withdrawal request has been received.

Digital Services and Immediate Access

Gymat provides digital fitness services, including subscription-based content, training programs, workout-related features, and other digital functionality. In some circumstances, these services may become available immediately after purchase.

Where permitted by applicable law, you may be asked to expressly agree to immediate access or performance of the digital service. Depending on the laws applicable to your purchase, starting to use or accessing the service during the withdrawal period may affect or limit your statutory right to withdraw.

Any such consent or information will be presented to you during the relevant purchase or subscription process.

Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy or Right of Withdrawal section is intended to remove, restrict, or replace any consumer rights that you are legally entitled to under the laws applicable to you.

If mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with a greater right of cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other remedy, those rights will continue to apply.
